Sale Update: Going As Planned

Tom Gagliardi is scheduled to start with the Bankruptcy hearing this week, while it was predicted to happen today it could happen later this week. This is when the other buyers will start to speak up and try to match offers. That is, IF they decide to match the Vancouver Businessman’s offer at all.
Should everything go smoothly then it is likely we will see a new owner in 60 or so days. Keep it tuned into BOD for any further updates.
