Kings At Stars: Stars look to Continue Their Winning Streak at Home

The Dallas Stars, who had a big win over the Phoenix Coyotes on Tuesday, are back home to face their divisional rival, the Los Angeles Kings tonight in Dallas. Kari Lehtonen will be in the net for the Stars again as Jonathan Quick will be in the net for the Kings. This is the second of six meetings between both teams, with the first being this last Saturday out in California.

The last time these two met the Stars lost 1-0 against the Kings in the closing minutes of the 3rd period in which both teams played excellent defense. This will be another tight, one-goal game as they always seem to be against the Kings and Pacific rivals. Both teams are in the top five for goals against per game so far, meaning with these two goalies it should be another close one. Injury report for the Kings: Colin Fraser (Right ankle surgery)  is out and Drew Doughtry (lower body injury) is doubtful for tonight, while the Stars are completely healthy currently.

The puck drops at 730 pm CST as this game between the Dallas Stars and the Los Angeles will be another early-season, tough divisional match between the two teams. The Kings had their four-game winning streak snapped in their last contest, and the Stars had their streak snapped Saturday against the Kings. With the Stars starting a home game set and the Kings starting a three game roadtrip tonight, both will be looking to get another long streak started. Tune in tonight as the Stars and Kings square-off in the American Airlines Center where the Stars are undefeated so far this year.
