A Merry Christmas and Best Wishes from BlackoutDallas

I just wanted to take ten minutes out of my Christmas weekend to say merry Christmas to everyone. No matter what you choose to believe or how you spend your time this day, I truly hope that each and every one of you have a joyful day and at least get to spend it having a good time. Two years ago this week, BlackoutDallas was started with the Fansided network. Since then there has been a broad spectrum of posts here. From game previews and post game thoughts, to opinions and calls to fire a coach, to even just sharing my personal experiences with Dallas Stars hockey. I would like to thank everyone for reading, emailing, following on twitter, and making it a fun ride. Whether it has been arguing points with me on twitter or meeting some of you at games and events, I would give each and every one of you a handshake and present if I could. Even the rival fans that I’ve met and come to know. I would also like to give a public thank you to Andrew Monrreal and new addition Tony Jaremko. I’m excited to have them both join on in the last couple of months and look forward to what we can do in the site’s third year.

Be blessed, stay safe on the roads, eat more than you should, and have a great Christmas. We will be right back at it again tomorrow as things return to normal around the NHL.
