Two goals in 47 seconds was all it took to seal the deal for the Stars. Colton Sceviour and Scott Glennie each scored with under 6 minutes left in the third to capture the 5-3 win. Texas starts their six game road trip the right way; with two points.

Goaltender Christopher Nilstorp started the first and second period but it was back up Jack Campbell who put on a stellar performance in the third and earned the win. Nilstorp was reportedly vomiting during the second intermission to warrant his dismissal. Food poisoning is said to be the cause.

Both teams spent their respected time in the penalty box suffering from a case of too many men. Antoine Roussel dropped the gloves and was warranted a five minute major and a game misconduct. It proved to be good timing as that powered up the Stars to break the 3-3 tie and come out victorious.

Next game is Tuesday, November 24th against the Ice Hogs in Rockford, Illinois.
