Texas Stars Re-Sign Vause To Professional Tryout

Today, the Texas Stars have announced that they have signed Taylor Vause to a second 25-game PTO. He was trying out with the Stars at the start of the season after spending the majority with the Swift Current Broncos of the WHL. In the 9 games he has played with Texas so far, he has 0 points in his first professional season. According to Hundred Degree Hockey Site, the second 25-game try will extend him until the February 15th game at Oklahoma, so at that point Texas must sign Vause to a standard contract or release.
