The Dallas Stars are coming off a devastating 3-2 OT loss against the Chicago Blackhawks after taking too many penalities and turnovers during the game. Kari Lehtonen was their biggest Star as he helped the Stars earn that point in OT. They got goals from Loui Eriksson and Ray Whitney.
Yesterday, Jamie Benn signed a 5 year contract with the Stars but will not play tonight.
Cristopher Nilstorp will get the start in net.
Injuries: Dallas forward Jaromir Jagr is out with a back injury. Aaron Rome will play after missing four games with a groin injury
About the Blues
The St. Louis Blues are coming off a 3-0 win against the Nashville Predators as they got goals from T.J. Oshie, Patrik Berglund and rookie Vladimir Tarasenko continued his torrid pace with another goal. The defense was solid in front of Jaroslav Halak who needed to make just 13 saves for his second shutout already this season and the 24th of his career.
Halak will get the start in net for the Blues
