Texas Tornado – Topeka RoadRunners Preview

The Texas Tornado are coming off a rough weekend where they were swept by the Amarillo Bulls putting an end to the their 10 game win streak and dropping them into second place in the NAHL South Division. This week they will be back home to face the Topeka RoadRunners on Thursday and Friday in what well could be a preview of the first round playoff matchup. The RoadRunners were at home last weekend against the Corpus Christi Icerays and came out with three of a possible four points after losing the opening game in a shootout.

Texas is 2-3-0 against Topeka this season and 1-1-0 against the RoadRunners at the Dr Pepper Arena. Every game in the series has been a one goal game with the exception of a 5-2 Topeka win on Oct 13.
