Dallas Stars To Go Duck Hunting In Round #1

Breakout your 1980′s Atari 2600 game console and let’s go Duck Hunting! That’s the word after the Anaheim Ducks defeated the LA Kings in a shootout last night and claimed the #1 seed in the Western Conference.  The Ducks and Stars will collide when the Stanley Cup playoffs kick off this week.

Get ready for a bunch of Teemu Selanne talk as this is his last go around in the Stanley Cup playoffs and really get ready for another heavy hitting checking team with big forwards that can play 200 feet in Ryan Getzlaf and Corey Perry.

The Stars lost very early in the season to the Ducks 6-3 when they were beating anybody and everybody in their long winning streak, and the Stars returned the favor when they beat the Ducks 6-3 two days before Thanksgiving.

The Stars will be wanting to get the Ducks into a track meet while not letting the Ducks make this into a physical beat down.

The stage is set and the team is in front of us now all that waits is when and where! As soon as the NHL announces the playoff schedule we will have it for you either way it will be an exciting seven game series from the Pacific bracket

It’s a Great Day to be a Stars Fan!
