Dallas Stars Vs Anaheim Ducks: What Is Your First Round Prediction

The Dallas Stars are BACK!!! They get to face off against a team that started out strong then faded to the finish line but somehow still managed to pull off the #1 seed overall in the Western Conference.

Last season in the lockout season the Ducks had a great season only to lose a Game #7 at home to the Detroit Red Wings.  The Ducks are playing for the Stanley Cup with some extra motivation because this is Teemu Selanne’s last season.  The Ducks are a very good hockey team that can play physical, defend, and score goals throw in motivation an that’s a tough nut to crack.

The Stars will need to basically out score the Ducks to get to the next level with a little help from Kari Lehtonen getting a little hot.  The Stars have the arsenal to put a lot of pucks into the back of the net but that’s not usually the recipe for wins in the playoffs, but it could be a whole lot of fun watching them try!
