Brenden Dillon’s Future: Poll

As you know, I’ve already done a report card, though not in depth, on Brenden Dillon.

So by my opinion, I think that at the end of the day, Dillon deserves a new contract and could soon become one of the league’s youngest elite defensemen. He scored 6 goals and pulled 11 assists in his 80 game showing last season and couldn’t get anything started in the postseason. He is slowly building up his talents each year and his physicality and toughness are already well noted. He will be a RFA so the Stars will have a few options with him but they might want to hurry if they are going to secure his talents in Big D for the next few years. And that’s just what I see Jim Nill doing.
