Dallas Stars Power Countdown: 85 Days

Good afternoon, Stars fans. We’re another day closer to the Stars season opener! 85 days until the Stars open their season against the Chicago Blackhawks at the AAC.

I’ve got something a little different for you today:

We’re gonna do a poll! We have not had one in a long time, so I thought this would be the best way to get the voting gears turning again.

I wanted to ask you today about the Stars record next season. With all the moves the Stars made in the offseason, are they truly going to be better come next season? Will this be the Stars long-awaited breakout season, or will they skid into the playoffs for the second year in a row? Or perhaps with the plethora of talent, not even make the playoffs at all? The choice is now yours.

85 days till puck drop. If you feel like studying up more on the Stars season opening matchup against the Hawks, make sure you read my article from this morning. It will help you understand how Chicago fared this offseason and if they are better or worse from it, along with how the Stars may find themselves performing against the Hawks throughout their five meetings in the upcoming season.

Please express your feelings in the poll below on how you think the Stars final record is going to look.
