Dallas Stars: White Or Green Home Jerseys? VOTE

facebooktwitterreddit

The Dallas Stars experienced a bit of a change before the 2013-2014 season when they saw a shift in their primary colors. The Stars went from a bland black-and-white composure of their jerseys to a swift, new green-and-white combination.

But although the new combination is much more pleasurable to the eye, some NHL fans and Dallas Stars fans have not been fully supportive of the green jerseys at home. It hasn’t been the hottest topic to debate, but can ignite plenty of argument if brought up in a conversation.

Since the 2003-2004 season, every NHL team has worn their primary color at home and worn their white jerseys on the road. Before then, it was the opposite way. Some people like change, while others are into keeping the normal setting. Either way, the Dallas Stars’ new jerseys will look slick at the AAC.

But it’s still an intriguing debate to be a part of. So, with the mess of a high school graduation and a birthday to celebrate today, I wasn’t able to write get up a mind-numbing article to keep you entertained. But I hope this will at least serve as some sort of enjoyment on your Friday afternoon. Who knows, maybe this article will turn out to explode on the web? Probably not, but I can dream.

So, I want to hear your opinion. I want to know how you feel about the debate on NHL jerseys. Do you like the way things are? Or do you feel the NHL should shift back to its roots and replace the current trend? I personally believe that everything is fine as it is. I feel that wearing the primary color puts a unique twist on things, unlike the NBA, MLB, etc. Plus, that green looks pretty awesome whenever you attend a Dallas Stars game.

But, here’s your chance to be heard! Vote below on how you feel:
