The Dallas Stars have prepared a relatively busy day for their fans on June 22, 2019. Not only did they schedule their annual end-of-season equipment sale, but there is also the annual Reunion Lawn Party to look forward to.

Following the conclusion of Game 7 of the 2019 Stanley Cup Final on Wednesday night, the Dallas Stars and the rest of the league will dive headfirst into the 2019 offseason. And once they do, the weeks ahead will involve a certain amount of intense craziness.

With the opening of the buyout window, the NHL Entry Draft, the start of Free Agency, and all of the trades and extensions in-between, it’s an exciting, energetic, and fast-paced time for teams and their fans.

And while Stars fans wait for the high point of the offseason to take effect and for GM Jim Nill to begin making moves, they will be provided with some additional excitement.

Saturday, June 22 is shaping up to be a relatively busy day for the Dallas Stars organization. Not only will it serve as the second day of the 2019 NHL Entry Draft and see the Stars make selections in rounds 4-6, but it will also play host to two different Stars events.

The day will begin with the annual Dallas Stars equipment sale. During every summer, The Hangar hosts an equipment sale where they sell sticks, gloves, skates, and helmets to Stars fans. The equipment is from the previous season, with both brand new and game-used personalized items up for sale.

The sale will start at 8 a.m. and run until 1 p.m. at the Comerica Center Club Lounge in Frisco, Texas.

A few hours later following the conclusion of the NHL Entry Draft, the Reunion Lawn Party will begin at the base of Reunion Tower. And, just as they have in years past, the Dallas Stars will take the party over.

The event begins at 6:30 p.m. on the Reunion Tower Lawn. It’s free and open to the public and will include food trucks, live music, a beer garden, and live games for all to enjoy. At 7:30 p.m., the Stars will begin their takeover with the Street Squad, Ice Girls, and Victor E. Green all on hand for the festivities. For more information on the event, click here.

All in all, it looks as though June 22 will be quite an action-packed day for the Dallas Stars and their fans. From the equipment sale, to Rounds 2-7 of the draft, to the annual Reunion Lawn Party, it looks as though it will be a day to remember as the organization gears up for the heat of the offseason.
