I am very excited to come on board and look forward to thought-provoking discussions regard the NHL, Dallas Stars and all that complies. A little about me: I am a true native of Dallas; born and raised. My earliest memories are standing in my playpen with NFL Today on CBS with my grandfather and uncles. My grandfather had season tickets to the Cowboys since their inception in 1960 up until their last Super Bowl in 1995. I was introduced to the great game of hockey sometime around 1990. I was taken aback by this sport where grown men on ice skates would dash about, and then without warning, would drop their gloves and start fighting; and the refs stood by and allowed it. Then I began to really watch the games and the intermissions and listened to the history and began to fall in love with a game of such unbelievable skill. My love affair took to new heights when in 1993, the year after winning Super Bowl 27, the Minnesota North Stars were moving to Dallas. Eighteen years later, here we are.
