I was born and raised in the Joplin, MO area and lived there until moving to Frisco, TX in 1992. Growing up I was all Baseball and Football, since in Southwest Missouri hockey is about as foreign as cricket.
Once the Dallas Stars showed up in Texas I discovered hockey and was immediately hooked. While I enjoy major league sports, the purity of following guys chasing a dream has always been a major draw for me. So, when the Texas Tornado moved to Frisco in 2003 I became an immediate fan and have been since. I am a season ticket holder as well as the VP of the Booster Club.
