Daryl “Razor” Reaugh chosen as recipient of Bernie Pascall Media Award

The Dallas Stars are known for having some elite service in the broadcasting booth. From Ralph Strangis to Dave Strader in the play by play block, they already have a strong history with just two candidates.

Meanwhile, their color analyst is quite the extraordinary being. Daryl Reaugh, better known as Razor, has been entertaining and enlightening Stars fans with his expounding knowledge of intricate vocabulary. That vocabulary has been noticed on a national level for quite some time, and now it seems to have won him something.

Razor was chosen to be the recipient for the Bernie Pascall Media Award by members of the BC Hockey Hall of Fame. A hearty congratulations and cheer of right good will goes out to the emporium master himself. To read the entire story, click here.

Dallas Stars Begin Signing Pending Free Agents

The Stars have already made some moves with some of their “free-agent-to-be”players, though none of them are the so-called “premiere” UFA’s that all Stars fans are waiting to hear about.

So far, Dallas has signed Justin Dowling, Brendan Ranford, Brett Ritchie, and Mattias Backman all back on board for at least another year. Here are the releases on all of them if you would like to read more.

Strader remained confident in his statement and is hopeful, as he should be. He has the entire Dallas Stars community sitting behind him, waiting to fight whenever he calls on us. I wrote an open letter to him just the other day regarding that fight, which you can view here.

Here is the official release from the Dallas Stars website. Get well soon, Dave! We’re all here for you at every step.
