Locker room presence

One cannot underestimate what Anton Khudobin’s character and personality brings the Stars locker room.

From the in-game antics with teammates to his most memorable quotes, Khudobin is an absolute gem. It is typical that, when Dobby gets fired up, the rest of the Stars follow suit. The Dallas bench is more positive when Khudobin is bringing his energy. It is also worth mentioning how much the team fed off Khudobin’s 2020 performances in the playoff bubble.

Any player who can lift his teammates like Dobby does is an absolute asset. We like Khudobin in Dallas and believe he should be paired with Holtby, Bishop, or Oettinger on the Stars roster. Should Dallas decide to move on from Dobby, come playoff time…they will likely be going home.
