The Dallas Stars will be under a weather advisory on Tuesday night as the Carolina Hurricanes arrive in Dallas. This will be the first regular season matchup against them this season. Also it will be interesting since the Hurricanes interested in trading for John Klingberg.
Dallas Stars vs Carolina Hurricanes: 3. Start strong again
I don’t think I stress enough about getting out to a very early lead in games. If you let Carolina get goals early on in the game, the game is basically over. The Hurricanes are stacked with offensive talent this season and I don’t see Dallas coming back in this game if get behind early.
Dallas Stars vs Carolina Hurricanes: 2. Free the Otter
I think we can all agree on that Jake Oettinger should be the starting goaltender for the Stars for the remainder of the season. He basically has a spotless 4-0-0 record with a .955 save percentage. Jake Oettinger is probably the only Stars goaltender that can calm the storm coming.
Dallas Stars vs Carolina Hurricanes: 1. Dominate them
I’m sure all of our readers are tired of reading that the Stars are weak and wont make it to the playoffs this season. Stars need to dominate them tomorrow night in Dallas to send a message to the reporters and fans that we are for real this year. I hope some fans wear their “come and take it” Stars shirts tomorrow to the game cause thats the motto for this season in my opinion.
Hurricane players to watch
Sebastian Aho
Aho is their leader in goals and assists with ten goals and ten assists this season. I’m sure Bowness has him marked down as a threat because I sure do. The team has got to help Otter out with containing him or else it will be a long Tuesday for Dallas.
Andrei Svechnikov
Svechnikov is Aho’s “Robin” and is just as lethal as him. Svechnikov only has eight goals but that could change Tuesday night if the Stars don’t play defense. I wouldn’t be shocked if Carolina got Klingberg if Svechnikov or Aho were apart of the trade.
