The Dallas Stars take on the Minnesota Wild for the first time since the blowout loss in November. The Stars want their revenge after getting thoroughly embarrassed in Minnesota. Luckily for the Stars, this matchup is on home ice in Dallas. Here’s how the Stars can get their revenge against the Wild tonight.

Dallas Stars vs Minnesota Wild: 3. Become Killmonger

The Stars need to come out wanting to upset Minnesota tomorrow night. I’m sure they are tired of being considered an underdog across the league. They need to come out with the swagger that Killmonger did against King T’Challa in the battle for the throne of Wakanda. If the Stars come out with that swagger, I want to see them standing over the Wild at the end of the night yelling, “Is this your king?” to the league.

Dallas Stars vs Minnesota Wild: 2. Play Oettinger

I hope Bowness gives Oettinger the start tomorrow in Dallas. I would like to see him get some experience against a high-caliber team like the Wild. This will give him experience that he can use when the Stars get to the playoffs in the near future.

Dallas Stars vs Minnesota Wild: 1. Attack the net like Joe Pavelski

Joe Pavelski understood the assignment when I said the Stars need to attack the net and not settle for the goaltender covering it up after one shot. Since the Stars are still having issues on offense currently, this is the only way that I see them being able to score.

Wild players to watch

Ryan Hartman

Hartman is their leading goal scorer going into tonight’s matchup with the Dallas Stars. He currently has 13 goals and 11 assists which means he can score and set up his teammates. The Stars need to shut him down tomorrow night so they can get revenge against the Minnesota Wild.
