The Dallas Stars look to conclude their road trip with a win against the Florida Panthers. They came so close in their last game to beating the Lightning in OT but lost. The Stars won’t get a night off tonight as they take on a very talented Florida Panthers team. Arron Ekblad, Aleksander Barkov, and Matthew Tkachuk are just some of the talent that the Stars will be taking on tonight. Let’s conclude this road trip on the right foot tonight with a win.

Dallas Stars vs Florida Panthers preview: 3. Defense has to contain the Panthers

The defense needs to help out whoever is starting between the pipes tonight. The Panthers have so many scoring options that they can overwhelm you. They can’t afford to lose track of any of their star players in our zone. The Stars made that mistake in the last game when they lost sight of Stamkos and he scored a goal. If the Stars don’t keep track of their players, it’s going to be another long night.

Dallas Stars vs Florida Panthers preview: 2. Capitalize on the power play

The Stars have been capitalizing on their power play recently. They have got to capitalize on the power play tonight against the Panthers. Based on how our defense has been in the last five games, they have to capitalize on the extra-man advantage.

Dallas Stars vs Florida Panthers preview: 1. Does the point streak continue?

Jason Robertson and Roope Hintz are currently on a nine point game streak right now. If you saw the postgame report against the Lightning, I mentioned both extended their point streak on the same goal with assists. I wonder if both of them push it to ten games tonight against the Panthers? Hopefully, they both do because we are going to need an offense tonight in order to get the victory.
