This is the biggest playoff game that the Dallas Stars will be in this postseason. The Stars have an opportunity to push the Seattle Kraken to the brink of elimination tonight with a win at the American Airlines Center. So far the Stars have done pretty well on home ice only losing the two game 1’s that they have been in during the postseason. The crowd needs to be loud tonight because I would hate to be fighting for our postseason life up in Seattle Saturday night.
Dallas Stars vs Seattle Kraken Preview: 3. Ignite the home crowd
Wouldn’t it be fitting if the Stars got the home crowd going early with a goal to kick off the game? I think it would be so awesome if Jason Robertson were to score that goal and get the scoring drought off of his back. All I ask is that we get the scoring kicked off first so that way the Kraken have to start climbing up the hill in this game. Whenever the Stars score first it seems that the other team is screwed because the Stars can’t stop scoring after that.
Dallas Stars vs Seattle Kraken Preview: 2. Get in Grubauer’s crease
The one thing that I did notice in game 4 was Philipp Grubauer did not like it when the Stars got near his crease. You could tell when we went and hit Rope Hintz in game 4 with his stick. The Stars have got to put one of their guys in front of him to make him uncomfortable throughout the game tonight. It seemed to have gotten to him in game 4 and it needs to work in game 5 tonight.
Dallas Stars vs Seattle Kraken Preview: 1. Win for Allen
I’m sure the Stars will have a moment of silence for the victims of the recent mass shooting over in Allen, Texas tonight. The Stars need to come out and win this game for the city of Allen so they can get their mind off of the shooting tonight. In fact, the Stars need to go out there and win this series for the town.
