I'm a graduate of the Mayborn School of Journalism at UNT and I love writing about sports. I've been a hockey fan most of my life and love my Dallas Stars! I've been married to my wonderful husband since January 2007, and while we don't have any children of our own yet, we do have three furry friends who have had our hearts for years. I also write for the University of North Texas ice hockey team and have enjoyed attending and reporting their games since 2010.
