Dallas Stars vs. Anaheim Ducks: Game Time, Broadcast, Lines, Injuries
The Dallas Stars had a wild game against the Anaheim Ducks less than two weeks ago, and it’s already time for a rematch.
After needing a fantastic comeback in their last game against the Ducks, the Dallas Stars will hope to keep their momentum from their win over the Kings to avoid needing a comeback in the first place.
The Ducks have been on a three-game losing streak like the one the Stars just broke, and they’re going to be desperate for a win. The Stars have already shown they can beat them this season, so they just need to do it again.
The last game against the Ducks ended up in the Stars’ favor, but it took a crazy second period to make that happen.

Tonight, the Stars need to come out playing like that from the start and not let themselves get down, especially with Ryan Getzlaf back in and the Stars missing quite a few players.
The Stars had a third consecutive optional skate this morning, but there were some updates post-practice.
Valeri Nichushkin will be back and playing on the fourth line. This is Nichushkin’s first time in the line-up in over a week after missing the last three games. He also missed the start of the season with an injury.
Tyler Pitlick, who did well on the first line, will be replaced by Justin Dowling instead. Alexander Radulov will still be missing tonight. Marc Methot is apparently injured, so the Stars will be returning to the usual 12 forwards and 6 defensemen.

Dallas Stars Injury Report
Martin Hanzal: Hanzal is skating, but still on IR for now.
Stephen Johns: Johns is also skating, and could be back for Sunday’s game.
Marc Methot: Methot is injured and won’t play tonight, but no word on the nature of the injury, though it doesn’t sound long-term.
Alexander Radulov: Radulov is expected to miss a third game tonight with his injury.
Anaheim Ducks Injury Report
Patrick Eaves: Eaves is still missing with a shoulder injury that is unrelated to his misdiagnosis last season that caused him to miss the whole year. He did practice yesterday and hasn’t been ruled out for tonight yet.
Korbinian Holzer: Holzer is still out under February with his wrist injury that he suffered before the season.
Ondrej Kase: Kase is still out on IR with a concussion. Like Eaves, he was on the ice yesterday and the Ducks haven’t ruled him out.
Corey Perry: Perry is also still out from last game after tearing his MCL in preseason. Stars fans won’t see him this season, since he’s not expected back until after the Stars play the Ducks for the third and final time in December.
Carter Rowney: Rowney is on IR with an upper-body injury, but may play tonight.
Jakob Silfverberg: Silfverberg broke his finger the day after playing the Stars and is on IR for now.
This will be a stronger Ducks team tonight with the addition of Getzlaf, but hopefully the Stars will start and end the game strong.
