The Dallas Stars are headed into their fourth away game of the season tonight and they still don’t have a win on the road.

At least the Dallas Stars will have Alexander Radulov back as they try to finally get some offense going away from the American Airlines Center.

While Radulov draws back into the line-up, Tyler Pitlick and Brett Ritchie will come out.

Ritchie missed the last game with an injury, but it sounds like this is a healthy scratch based on play.

More from Blackout Dallas

Pitlick’s scratch is more surprising, as he played well last week, but he has room to improve and hopefully this will help him with that when he comes back in.

Radulov will start the night out reunited with Tyler Seguin, but Jamie Benn will be on a different line for now, skating with Jason Spezza and Mattias Janmark instead. Justin Dowling will take Benn’s place on the Seguin line.

The Stars couldn’t get much offense going against the Red Wings, so Montgomery elected to shake things up and separate them to see if that helps. It’s a tactic that has worked occasionally in the past, but never as a long-term solution.

No matter what the lines are, this team needs to pull it together on the road, because the longer this goes on, the deeper the hole they’re in.

Tonight also marks Spezza’s 1000th game played, meaning he earns a silver stick for himself to commemorate the occasion.
