The Dallas Stars are headed back out on the road this week as they look for a fifth consecutive win.

After a perfect homestand, the Dallas Stars will look to improve their road record with a four-game trip.

The Stars are 10-3-1 at home, but they’re much worse away from Dallas. They have a 6-7-2 road record, but that’s been improving from the start of the year.

Dallas dropped their first three road games of the season, but this past trip, they were 2-1-1. Their only regulation loss came against Colorado on the second night of a back-to-back, which was their fifth game in seven days.

Three of the four games on this trip come against Pacific Division teams, which is good news for the Stars. They’re 10-0-1 against Pacific teams this year. With the Stars looking destined for a wild card spot, regulation wins against Pacific teams may end up being almost as important as Central wins.

The Stars are also getting closer to a healthy blue line, as Connor Carrick and John Klingberg could return around Christmas. If the Stars can keep things going this week and next, they’ll be in fantastic shape as the new year rolls around.
