The Dallas Stars are gearing up for another important offseason as they try and take the next step towards building a Stanley Cup contender. And while you’ve probably read or heard that phrase before, but that doesn’t make it any less important or relevant in the summer ahead.

With the 2019 Stanley Cup Final ending on this past Wednesday night and the St. Louis Blues hosting their celebratory parade on Saturday, the offseason has officially been ushered in. And with that, a quick and consistent wave of action is approaching the NHL (just as it is with every summer).

That can sometimes be a bit flustering for hockey fans. Whether it’s trying to prepare for the NHL Entry Draft, studying up on potential free agent targets, or simply trying to keep up with the daily offseason events that crowd the calendar towards the end of June, it can be difficult to stay up-to-date on all that’s happening around the league.
