What to expect from Round 2, Game 7: Stars vs. Kraken
It’s no secret that, much like I predicted, the series between the Dallas Stars and the Seattle Kraken has been a literal blood bath. There’s been no shortage of goals, penalty kills, fights, and nothing but entertainment throughout. If you’re looking for something super intense and meaningful to watch tonight, then be sure to tune into Round 2, Game 7 of the 2023 Stanley Cup Finals between the Stars and the Kraken!
What will happen tonight? Will the Dallas Stars win or get knocked out by the Seattle Kraken? Only time will tell…we shall see!
Let’s just get one thing out of the way here: everyone, especially Kraken fans, probably thought that the series were over after their 7-2 win against the Stars back in Game 3. However, the Dallas Stars are beginning to prove just the opposite by hanging on and forcing Game 7. According to most people, things weren’t necessarily going to “plan”, but that’s what makes these playoff games so exciting. Expect the unexpected!
ESPN recently interviewed some of their best writers on who they think the key players are in order for the Stars to secure their victory tonight. While some said Roope Hintz and one guy said Jamie Benn, the general consensus was that of Jake Oettinger and Joe Pavelski. We know Joe Pavelski can score and we know that Jake Oettinger can totally and completely stand on his head to stay in and block the net. It’s those two players in my opinion that will help the Stars further their spot in the 2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs and hopefully the 2023 Stanley Cup Finals.
The Dallas Stars should be able to secure tons and tons of saves from Oettinger. That being said, we’ve also got to think of just how stellar their 5-on-5 has been this series.
Overall, with a victory, I am predicting that tonight’s game goes to the Dallas Stars with a score of 4-3. Their win certainly won’t be easy tonight, but the Stars’ night’s sleep tonight will be!
